1. Freshness Guarantee & Perishables
At Miss Hazelnut, we pride ourselves on freshness. Because our food and coffee products are perishable and prepared fresh to order, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please follow these steps:
- Notify us within 2 hours of delivery.
- Send a clear photo of the item and your order receipt to hello@misshazelnut.com.
- We will either issue a 100% refund or send a fresh replacement immediately.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 15 minutes of being placed. Once the kitchen starts brewing or baking your order, we are unable to process a cancellation.
4. Coffee Beans & Merch
For non-perishable items like packaged coffee beans or branded merchandise:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
